Marsh Oaks, located in beautiful and historic Wilmington, NC is a community made up of various neighborhoods ranging from town homes to custom family homes built by some of the most highly respected builders in the area.
Going beyond the general make-up of the community, Marsh Oaks offers a truly unique living experience for everyone. We like to refer to ourselves as a community, because we are in fact a very tightly knit community. It is nothing to see neighbors getting together for dinner, or allowing the children to play together or see families meeting at the neighborhood pool for a day of fun in the sun. But what makes it so wonderful is that you will not only see neighbors getting to know and hanging out together, but couples and families from other parts of the neighborhood getting to know one another as well.

Please take note. The clubhouse parking lot does not double as a car lot. Any vehicles left there with FOR SALE signs in the windows, or vehicles left there for any reason will be towed at the owners expense
(Approx. $150.00). Please do not try and sell your cars at the clubhouse. Thanks!
