Warlock Builds Based On The Three Warlock Talent Trees
Warlocks used to be Mages who have delved into demonic powers and turned them into a corrupted class that wields the power of dark arts. They rank high among the most versatile and most original classes in WoW and is generally considered capable of filling up a number of roles. They have the ability to cast curses and Damage over Time spells along with calling on their demon pets and other remarkable Warlock builds.
As a Warlock, you have the Affliction, Demonology and Destruction as your talent trees. Any of these trees can lead to creating a well-rounded harbinger of destruction. In fact, these trees have been developed to create a killing machine with demonic powers. Each of the trees also contain distinct talents that improves survivability, mass killing abilities, and PvP talents.
{Affliction}
For leveling Warlocks and those who are gearing their Warlocks for arena, the Affliction tree is the way to roll. This provides talents that mainly improve the survivability of a Warlock, especially when combined with Soul Link, a demonology spell and talent that reroutes the damage received by the warlock to its minion. This is also the only talent tree that allows for the creation of a mass grinder that can attack any are of monsters.
Affliction focuses mainly on improving curses, Damage over Time spells, and drain spells.
For a Warlock that delves deep into the Affliction tree, this causes massive amount of XP if all goes well for the character. If not, you can expect to have a quite reduced mana or life. For players who are looking to create an end game Warlock, this tree makes for a good choice.
{Demonology}
This tree is often the main reason why players choose to roll a warlock in the first place – the demons. The tree enhances the capabilities of any Warlock demons alongside improving the Warlock’s survivability. Going deep into this talent tree would lead to the creation of a pseudo-warrior pet that tanks as well as deal massive damage. As for the Warlock, this talent tree allows for conjuring certain Stones, improved buffs and stamina as well as very powerful end-game summons.
{Destruction}
This tree can dish out some very impressive DPS which is really good to have if you’re planning to blast your way to the level cap. The talents found in this tree mainly boost the damage capacity of the Warlock’s spells as well as the tanking and damage dealing capabilities of their pets.
Remember, no one gets perfect Warlock builds the first time so if yours is giving you a hard time, tweak it a bit. Unlearn the talents you have and experiment on other talents if need be. Above all, spend your talents points wisely. You only get those after you reach level 10 and the way most players see it, the Warlocks aren’t really included in the leveling elites called the gods of leveling.
